Welcome to Mission Matters Studio. By purchasing from or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products & Digital Delivery

All products offered are digital downloads (PDFs and related digital files) delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Please see our Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy for details on how purchases are fulfilled.

2. License to Use

When you purchase a product, you are granted a single, non-transferable license to use that product for your own organization's internal purposes. You may print copies for internal use within your own organization.

You may not: resell, redistribute, share, or republish any purchased file, in whole or in part; upload files to shared drives, template marketplaces, or public websites accessible outside your own organization; or use our content to create a competing product or resource for sale or free distribution.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, text, designs, and materials sold through this site remain the intellectual property of Mission Matters Studio. Purchase of a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying content to the buyer.

4. Accuracy of Content

Our resources are designed to provide practical guidance and frameworks for nonprofit and charitable organizations. They are educational and planning tools, not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
