Mission Matters Studio was founded by Kim Davidson, who spent over twenty years in nonprofit leadership — as a board member, an Executive Director by the age of 30, and a governance consultant to organizations across British Columbia and beyond. She's sat on both sides of the boardroom table, and that taught her something most templates miss: boards and EDs don't struggle because they don't care. They struggle because no one ever showed them how to read a budget, ask the right financial question, or turn a strategic plan into something that actually gets used.

That's the gap Mission Matters Studio fills.
