Shipping & Delivery Policy

Mission Matters Studio sells digital products only — there is no physical shipping involved in any purchase.

How Delivery Works

  • Once your payment is confirmed, your download link is delivered automatically to the email address entered at checkout — typically within a few minutes.
  • Your order confirmation email will also contain a link to access your files directly.
  • Files are provided as PDF downloads (fillable where noted in the product description). No physical item will ever be mailed to you.

If You Don't Receive Your Download

First, check your spam or promotions folder — automated delivery emails occasionally land there. If it still hasn't arrived within 24 hours of purchase, email us at hello@missionmattersstudio.com with your order number and we'll resend your files right away.

International Customers

Because delivery is digital, there are no customs fees, shipping costs, or delivery delays regardless of where in the world you're located.
